An epic piece of sonic expression told mainly by the martial drums and narrated by a possessed voice, veiled by a single droning chord. The words of the possessed voice can only express so little of the frantic and claustrophobic nature of the story this dirge has to tell. It is the clamor of the skins and steel that defines the narrative of a nocturnal possession and a sacrifice for transcending into the astral plane, made understandable for the human mind by a simple sonic framework. The tortured screams reveal but a glimpse of the agony of transcendence. A mad wasteland is what the listener finds, shrouded in the dark of night. The narrative becomes enraged with the passion to rise above and beyond the limits of existence. It is the driving rhythm of the drums that best explains this urge for divinity.
